The apartment lease is from 3/11/2004 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is No and the apartment rental does have Parking. The apartment rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The apartment rental does not have Cable TV and the apartment does have Laundry in the Building. Utilities Included are in the rent of this apartment. this is a second floor apt overlooking a beautiful greenbelt and bar-b-que area of the complex. every neighbor i've met in my 5 mo. stay has been great and very welcoming. this building is only a few years old and YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER DEAL for such a nice place especially w/washer and dry, micro, dishwash, roman style bathtub, ent.center, bed, dishes and furniture. Also a bus. center, gym, 2 pools and hot tub and covered parking. IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT ITS NOT so inquire now!!!

The telephone service for this apartment is No and the apartment rental does not have Parking. The apartment rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
