This is an awesome 2 bedroom right on the OCEAN! Views from the balcony, the large sunny kitchen, and the master bedroom. The unit is very clean. White linoleum in kitchen and bathroom, grey carpets. Lots of cabinets in kitchen, island perfect for stools, plus good sized area for kitchen table. Heat is included in rent. Deposit is actually $800 and cats (but not dogs) are allowed. The neighbors are great and the view of the coastline is spectacular. I hate to move but I have taken out of the area.
