I have a Studio bedrooms apartment rental with 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms available in Mitte Berlin, Germany at Propststr. / Spandauerstr. for the rent of $600/Mth $125/Wk . The apartment lease is from 4/28/2005 to 06/11/2005 and the tenant can not renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is No and the apartment rental does not have Parking. The apartment rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator. The apartment rental does not have Cable TV and the apartment does have Laundry in the Building. Utilities Included are in the rent of this apartment. The suggested number of tenants is for this apartment. The total square feet of this apartment is 350. This apartment is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple apartments to rent at this time.

Berlin studio apartment from April 28 to June 11, right next to Alexanderplatz, in the heart of former East Berlin, Germany. Incredibly convenient, near transportation, parks, cafes, museums... has excellent light, elevator, full bath, washing machine, DSL, very comfortable and very safe. I have done this many times before, can offer excellent references, hope you can do the same. Also, I am preferring just for this. My first chhoice is to rent the place for the entire time. I also have a US bank account which can make transactions easier.
