The apartment lease is from 12/12/2005 to 05/31/2006 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is No and the apartment rental does not have Parking. The apartment rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The apartment rental does not have Cable TV and the apartment does not have Laundry in the Building. Utilities Included are in the rent of this apartment. I called the leasing office today and they current lease price is $850. Cats are allowed but extra. I need to have someone signed to the lease by January 1st for a late Jan/Feb move in.
