The home on Alger St. is less than one block from banking, grocery store,library, nice resturants,video store, bus stop and Dr.office. The two story home has two bedrooms upstairs(fold out would fit in the living room for one more). There is a full bathroom upstairs as well. I do have some other furniture avalible if interested.There is a two stall garage with a nice back yard(minamal maintance).The whole house has been freshly painted and cleaned.The house has a great central location for reaching all sides of town easily.
