| Im leaving town for a little more than 3 months and am looking for someone who is clean, and most importantly, trustworthy. After all, this is my home I am leasing out, and I wont do so unless I feel perfectly comfortable letting someone in my home.
My place is fully furnished. A quick drive or a bikeride to uptown/downtown, but is in a very quiet building. Great view of a nice courtyard...in the summer with the windows open all you hear is the wind through the trees.
I do have cable/high-speed internet but Im planning on cancelling that before I leave. If you wish to pay the extra money to keep this online, then that would be acceptable. I dont have phone service, but that isnt very expensive. However, I will continue to pay utilities when Im away, that is included!
I will have a lease to sign, and will require at least some of the money up front as well as a security deposit. However, price is negotiable.
