| I was just transferred through work and need to move right away. The apartment is a one bedroom plus den (the den is a perfect office or 2nd bedroom). The maximum occupancy is two. Cats are allowed with an additional deposit. I have already put down the deposit of $400 which you can keep after you move out. Its located in the city of St. Anthony which is about 6 miles from downtown Minneapolis. The area is great with brand new shops and restaurants. The lease goes through June 30th, 2006.
