Our lease is up in Febuary. The appt. is very clean with all new appliance and all electric. Very nice floor plan in a quiet, safe and convinient area. Minute from HWY 44 and seconds to all types of shops and restaurants. We are willing to negotiate rent. It is actually $570 but will give $100 toward it or negotiate.
