The house is in beautiful Westwood, a block from a park and few blocks from the Plaza as well as the hi hat coffee house. We have a beautiful house and lot with wonderful trees. This is a very clean and well-maintained home with hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sub-Zero refrigerator. There is a 2 car detattached garage, and wonderful back yard(privacy fence.) Also a screened in porch and stamped concrete patio(porch and patio furniture will stay). The house will be available September 1st. Feel free ask any questions. We really want to find someone that will take care of our home as well as we do and is interested in year lease
