The apartment lease is from 9/22/2004 to 03/31/2005 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is Yes and the apartment rental does not have Parking. The apartment rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
