I am moving in with my peoplefriend and she has a dog (no pets allowed at Vista Ridge). I signed a 6 month lease in August for a discounted rate of $675/month. I am looking for someone to sublease for the remainder of the lease (February 2006) starting immediately. Rent is normally $725 but they had a special going for $675. No deposit is required as I paid $300 and will just let it go if someone takes over my lease within the next weeks. This really is a great apartment at a great price. | A very nice townhouse, with a little enclosed patio and outdoor backyard. It is ready to move in and has parking in the front and back available.
