The apartment lease is from 12/15/2003 to 3to6M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is Yes and the apartment rental does have Parking. The apartment rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator.
