I have a Three bedrooms apartment rental with bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in Northeast PORTLAND, Oregon at Rodney / Monroe for the rent of $1275/Mth . The apartment lease is from 2/1/2004 to Min 1 year and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this apartment is and the apartment rental does not have Parking. The apartment rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The apartment rental does not have Cable TV and the apartment does have Laundry in the Building. Utilities Included are in the rent of this apartment.
