Theres two entries, one through a huge fenced patio which overlooks Locust,one to 21st St which passes the laundry room. The studio is fully furnished including stereo and TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and an espresso maker. The rents $170/week + electric. The apartment is pretty cool by itself (I used the AC just once this summer) and has plenty of fresh air since there are two large windows overlooking the patio. Call or email me.
