This is an amazing apartment. Definitely the best deal in this very expensive area to live. It has been recently renovated. Free hot water. Walking distance to downtown Wayne. Very clean and quiet building. I would continue living here but have to move out of the state for schooling. Im not subleasing, but rather helping the management company find someone to move in. I dont think a credit application is necessary, but could be wrong.
