This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of desirable Society Hill. With only three units in the building, each person has their own floor. Owner occupied, very timely and helpful when needed. Heat and hot water are free! Brand new washer and dryer in unit! New dishwasher and two new air conditioners! Kitchen is large and very pretty, great for a cook. Bathroom is very large with beautiful tilework and a nice big tub. Wonderful hardwood floors throughout, tons of windows, plenty of closet space, neutral paint and high ceilings make this a really nice place to live. This is a quiet building with responsibles living in it, so if you like to party or play loud music this isnt for you. Absolutely no smokers and no dogs. Cats okay.
