| 2 Sizeable Bedroom Apartment in University City. The rooms are large. The living room is very spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are of good size. W/d is located in the building and parking is avail. in the rear. Heat and Water are paid for by landlord. We have internet, cable and elec. already hooked up and we pay for them each month (they dont get too high though). No dogs are allowed but cats are and it cost $15 a month. Very friendly and nice apartment building and very close to campus security as well. Available ASAP!! We are trying to move out by April or the lastest by May if that is possible. The lease ends on August 31st with the option to renew |
