It is located in the Hyland Hills Apartment complex, just minutes from downtown. The complex is gated and has free parking, a gym, tennis courts, a convenience store, and a swimming pool. There is a bus stop inside the complex as well. The rent is normally $475 a month plus utilities, however for the summer I will rent the apartment for $500 a month, including all utilities and DSL internet service.
