This is a summer sublet from mid-May to mid-August. The apt. is located 2 blocks from Vanderbilt Univ. campus. The area is very safe. It is only 15 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to the highway. The apt. has a fantastic balcony that has very nice patio furniture: a big table and four chairs. The view from the apt. is downtown Nashville. This is one of the nicest apts. in the building. It has a great view; high speed internet and digital cable; a large screen television; a great stereo system; kitchen (stove, mwave, and fridge); a full bed; large desk; and plenty of closet space. Re does not include the utilities which are (a) cable; and (b) electricity. Propsective tenant should be NEAT. I keep the place very neat.
