It has 2 large bedrooms, very cute interior (you have to see the inside!), hardwood floors, washer/dryer connections, fenced in yard, offstreet parking, lots of light, lots of closets and storage space, CLOSE TO BAYLOR and downtown Waco, friendly neighbors. We are desperate to rent this so we can move and not pay so we have reduced the rent!
