The apartment lease is from 4/30/2004 to 09/30/2004 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.
