This is a great for It is 4 houses away from the SUU campus. There are currently 5 other peoples living here. The room is available for in a room for $225/month, or in a shared room for $150 a month. Utilities are shared and usually are about $15 a month. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, fully furnished, private parking lot, and overall really nice place. Its pretty new and theres new carpet coming in December. Get this one while its hot!!!
