The main level has kitchen with eating area, living room with fireplace and piano, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with queen the other with twin. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom which is set up as a guest room with sofabed, an office space, laundry room. There is a garage but my be used for storage. Parking will be available on street next to garage. A flight of stairs from office takes you to the garden with hot tub, and patio. Tenant is responsible for keeping lawn watered. My 2 cats would prefer to stay home and be cared for by you as well. Additional cat or cat friendly dog ok. Although I will not require a credit check, I would like to speak to a reference and sign a notarized contract between us. |
