Microwave and some kitchen items available as needed. I am moving back to the East Coast to attend to some family obligations and will be there until the end of June. This is a great apartment and I have taken great care of it. I am looking for a responsible person that will respect this place as much as I do. This is a quiet building of mostly 1s in their 20's and 30's, so no partiers please. The studio is available for one occupant only.
