1--Apartment Rental details
The apartment is a 5 1/2 at the corner of Sherbrooke and Oxford, which is just west of Decarie. Its not a huge apartment, but its central, a ten minute walk to the vendome Metro, and theres a karaoke bar with pool tables directly across the street. The kitchen is small, but theres plenty of cupboard space, and includes a fridge and stove. Heat is included, and there are laundry facilities in the building. Its on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. Its got hardwood floors, large windows and is cat-friendly. Im not sure about big barky dogs. Parking is on the street. Its directly between the two Concordia campuses. Theres a grocery store and nice restaurants within five minutes walk, including a 24 hour bagel/friendlyfood place. The rent is $805 a month. My wife and I want to find someone to sublet the apartment. Our lease expires July 1st, at which point the subletter would be able to renew on their own.
