| RENT NEGOTIABLE! This is a really fabulous stand alone house that is a short walk from campus and downtown. It has a living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. Lots of windows and closets. On the second floor there is one large bedroom and one smaller room that could be used as a second bedroom or as an office space. There are lots of closets, off-street parking for 2 cars, a front and backyard and it's just lovely. Our start date is flexible but we are |
