1--Apartment Rental details

1 bdrm apt on 15 story highrise in the heart of south beach. Apartment is located in the top floor (15th floor) (AC included). Apartment overlooks Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, and the beach from the Bedroom. I pay $134 per month for parking, but you can park across the street for $107. My lease expires at the end of July. Would like for somebody to move in by 2/1/04 (or sooner). Please contact me via email first or call Cable / Satellite TV ($35 per month)
