WALK TO UF!!apartment is in The Courtyards and available as soon as possible.within walking distance to UF.(takes me about 5 mins to walk from apartment to the big Carleton Auditorium) Is on 4th floor, with balcony,huge living room,kitchen,private room,24-hour maintenance. Air conditioning, cable, and internet are all included. The only cost for utilities you would have to pay is 1/4 of whatever you and the other 3 roommates go over whats already included in the rent.
