1--Apartment Rental details

Both bedrooms have walk in closets. Its fully carpeted, central air/heat, screened in porch, fireplace, security system if you want to use it, and washer dryer hookups. The complex has 2 pools + 2 jacuzzis, tennis court, gym, clubhouse, and playground. They are charging me $689 and I'm assuming they would charge the same 4 a new person to come in. You'd have to pay electric (ranges $60-80) and water (about $25 month). Need to fill ASAP!!!
