| Hello, we are subletting our flat in Paris from July 2006 on.
The length of the rent is flexible minimum two weeks up to the whole month or longer.The appartement is located in the heart of Montmarte, at 110 m.of Sacrée Coeur, 3 minutes walking distance to Pigalle and Moulin Rouge, and at 300 m. to Abbesses.
The appartement is clean, renovated,sunny, quiet, ideal for a calm responsible time or for relaxing.The flat is on the 3rd floor,there is one bedroom with a double size bed, and one living room, one bathroom, one toiletone kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine.The total superficie is 42 m², wooden floor, ceiling with ornaments, telephone,internet adsl, eleveator.
The flat is completly furnished (dishes, sheets etc but without any personal things).There is double bed, there is a tv, dvd and vhs.The street is very quiet.It is a very safe area.This covers all the house charges, heating, assurance, internet.If you are interested cotact us and we can send you some pictures. |
