| Hello, i live in a lovely appartement which is entirely furnished.
It is composed of one room (double bed), a kitchen,shower, wc, tv is available, hifi also,in the living room there is a dinner table and a couch which can also make bed
i m 5min away from subway, 5min from monceau park, 10 ten from the champs elysées avenue.
haussmanien building, shops are at proximity monoprix
very calm neighbours, and environement, view on the court
it is situated on the third floor
also the price of the rent is very reasonnable for the very chic and friendly district which is the seventeenth.

| very nice studio on top of a 16th century building in St Germain des Prés area, right at the center of Paris, in its most renowned and pleasant neighboorhood. View on the roofs of surrounding buildings, very well-lit and quiet. 5mn walk away from the Louvre and virutally 15mn away from everything (excellent bus and metro connections). Available from 12/30 to 01/08 only, can be shorter. Because this is my personal apartment, I shall require a two-week security deposit as well as info on the purportive tenant. |
