1--Apartment Rental details

This cosy studio is situated level 2 ( 2 flights up ). There is a main room with a kitcheen space ( fridge, freezer, 2 vitro ceramic burners, a microwaves, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, the dishes, a direct dial phone, a dining area with a corner dinnig table ( 5 people ). A shower room has a shower cabin, a washbasin and water closet. A flight of stairs lead to an open mezzanine which ceiling is about 1,40 high. A double bed and a sofabed( 120CM : 1 responsible or 2 chidren ), a small closet/wardrobe and a cable TV( BBC,CNN...) This sector is rich in tourist attraction : Notre Dame, City Island, Saint Louis island, the Louvre, Orsay museum... Direct access to Eiffel Tour, Champs Elysées, Airport CDG(35mn), Palace of Versaille.

in front of the "sacré-coeur" Trudaine avenue is a very residential place situeted in the "Amélie Poulain" district,not very far from pigalles, le moulin rouge, and the stairs of Montmartre.The appartement have a marble bathing room,a kitchen with every thing,a large and sunny living room with a sofa-bed,and a bed room with a large double bed.It is furnished in a modern style by my wife who is a stylist
