Should you need to take the metro, these lines have a station nearby (within 10mn) : 4, 6, 12, 13, RER B. The appartment is also well connected to both Paris airports and at the immediate proximity of the Montparnasse train station.

| The appartment is located in a pleasant lively aera, with all kind of stores near by. You are close to the Sacre-Coeur, what is a very nice walk to do, and you can even see it from the balcony.
The appartement is well decorated and very brighty with a huge balcony garnish whith plants.
Youll find laundry machine right down the street and fresh fruit and vegetable to the sreet market which sets up three time a week. There are many restaurants, theatre, a square and some swimming pools close by.

Prefer renting to for the all period, means from the beginning of May to the end of August.
The futur tenant should like some exercising as the apartment is on the fifth level, what is common in Paris.
