| "La Bastide" was built in 1889 by Lord Salisbury, Prime Minister of the Queen Victoria. The Massa became the owners in 1947.
"La Bastide" is set in a five hectares of parkland where olive, lemon end oranges trees grow together with green oaks and cypres trees between the city of Nice and Monaco.
The property has a spectacular panoramic view over the Mediteranean Sea, Beaulieu sur mer and the Cap Ferrat.
Every studio has a south exposed terace of 12mē with a wonderfull view on the sea, a main room of 30mē with one double bed and AC, a small equiped kitchen and a bathroom.
