I am looking to sublet my studio apartment which is right next to Alexanderplatz (in central Mitte, former East Berlin). Very convenient, near all transportation and the river Spree, in a quiet and safe area. Short walk to many shops, parks, cafes, museums. Apartment is about 40 square meters, very quiet building, has a recently renovated full sized bathroom, queen size bed, excellent light, elevator, washing machine, and unlimited DSL (you should bring your own laptop). Also, there is a grocery store right outside.
The dates available are April 1 - May 9th. Rent is 600 Euros including everything plus a 300 Euro security. I am from New York, and still have a bank account there, which could be money transactions much easier (if you choose to pay with dollars).
I have done this many times before, can offer excellent references, hope you can do the same. Photos on request.
