You get sun in the afternoons and can see a great sunset. There is a fireplace. The rent includes water, heat, and gas (the stove/oven is gas.) The complex has complementary access to an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, a billiards room, exercise room, yoga and tai-chi classes. There is a walking track around the lake. The closet space is GREAT! There is a walk-in closet that you could literally make into an office. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, etc. Parking is available in the garage, though street parking isnt hard. Theres a doorman, cleaners, package receiving, free fitness room, sundeck, outdoor heated pool/jacuzzi, volleyball courts. Navy Pier across LSD, Michigan Ave, Rush St. and transportation all VERY close. Be in the middle of everything. This location will go fast! |

| Large sudio w/ separate kitchen/dinig area and long walk-in closet. Only responsible for electric (water, gas, and heat are included - air conditioning installed). Its a 2 minute walk to the lake and the belmont stop for the train is 2 blocks away. The windows are rather large so much of the apt. is flooded w/ light, but there are heavy drapes in case you want total darkness. The room has high ceilings w/ fans and the bathroom floor is heated. The building had laundry facilities. Apt. is unfurnished, but I will leave a few things (pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and prob. my tv-unfortunately I just bought it last month. I cant keep the items, so claim them if you want. Prefer to move asap, and month of Feb. already paid for. |
