| I have a one bedroom in Lincoln park that is available on June 1st and runs through the end of Sept. It is one block of the park between wrightwood and diversey. It a great area with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a gym all with in walking distance. The L is in walking distance but there is a bus stop one block over that will get you pretty much where ever you need to go. The rent includes heat and water and there is parking if you would like for 130 a month. I am flexable on the time frame and will work with you on the rent if needed. The landlord will renue the leas after the sept or she will let you sign a year lease if you would like. If you have any questions please call me or email me. |
