1--Apartment Rental details

It's a great apartment with a unobstructed southern view (perfect view of the Sears Tower!). Steps to Rush St bars and restaurants. Less then three blocks to red line, grocery store, Blockbuster and Lake Michigan. Pretty much close to everthing. There are two spacious wall closets and the appliances are fairly new. The $705/month rent includes heat. There are parquet floors and there is a store room downstairs for your bike. I'd stay, but it's hard to the pay rent after being recently laid off! You should complete a credit check (small fee) and have verification of income/funding. You will get a new lease through the building management (attended office in building lobby), so you can stay as long as you like.
