1--Apartment Rental details

The apartment has a Huge bathroom. There is a front and back porch, sun room, and eat in dinning room. I will throw in a grill!!! It is on the 3rd floor of the building. There is a very nice courtyard. We are 2 blocks away from the lake and bus stop. Probaly, a 7-10 minute walk to the Addison El Station(train). Also, it is 3 or 4 blocks from Wrigley Field!!!! should see!

2--Apartment Rental details

Very nice place, excellent floorplan. Floor to ceiling windows with balcony overlooking skyline from 40 floors up. Very clean and quiet. Covered access to Clark/Lake station. New carpet. Phone/Cable/Electric not included. Electric only runs about $20 a month. Call If interested.
