Super cute one bedroom apartment literally 5 minutes from anywhere downtown. VERY diverse (artsy) neighborhood with light gray wall to wall carpeting, white tile kitchen and bath, french doors to the bedroom, steel back porch, 10 foot ceilings, good closet space, bright and sunny. i am truly sad to leave my adorable place but Im getting responsible and expecting, so I need a tad bit more space for the little one. Theres laundry in the building, cool neighbors and a cool landlord. he lives in the building and mainly spends his time remodeling different parts of the building.

Bright sunny studio with windows that cover the wall, newer kitchen, nice bathroom, lots of closet , possible furnished (leather furniture) or unfurnished, rent anytime between in Aug. Im subletting it, I moved out already, but the lease does not end until end of Aug. Great if your only staying in town for a of days or weeks to enjoy the lake front or go to Clarks bars night life!
