| Looking for someone to sublet a one bedroom apartment in Des Plaines from June 1 through August 31 with the option to extend.
The apartment complex is called Park Ridge Commons in Des Plaines. Its on Dee and landmark close to Golf Mill, Maine East, and the Dempster/Golf I294 expressway.
There is a community pool, tennis court, and fitness center. There is a laundry and storage room located on the first floor of all buildngs, and lots of parking spaces available. All pets, except dogs are welcome.
The actual apartment is on the first floor and about 900 square feet. Bedroom is 11 x 15; Living Room is 25 x 12; Dining room is 11 x 11; Kitchen is 11 x 11. There is lots of closet and storage space, and a sliding door leading to a patio area. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, except in the kitchen and bathroom.
