1--Apartment Rental details

The apartment is large for a studio in the Lakeview/Lincoln Park area. Carpet through out, extremely large walk in closet with lots of shelving for storage, seperate area for dinning and kitchen. Security system on building doors, good view from apartment windows, water, and heat included in rent. Very large laundry facility in building. Cats are okay. Security deposit of $660 needed as well as application for building manager to review. The building is in a great area with lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping, etc, nearby. The rent is a steal for this area. I've already moved out so it is already for a new person(s) to move in. Hoping for a January 1st move in date for the new renter. should see! Available ASAP!

Bathroom is good sized with a large mirror and sink area. Full-size tub and shower are surrounded by tile. Large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage! I am willing to provide incentives for sub-leasing on or around January 10 - such as providing security deposit and/or furniture. I have a large corner desk unit that may stay as well as shelving unit in bathroom and room divider screen (to my own discretion).
