| Everything is so convenient in this area. Spending only 2 minutes, I walk to Jewel, Blockbuster and banks. In only 2-min walk, I will hit the CTA--red line. Bars, clubs on Rush are so close to me(about 3 blocks). Beach/lake is not farther than 10 min walk. And there is a cute garden in front of my building. The studio is sweet, cute, new and with lots sunshine!! It comes with a microwave and the kitchen space is big. I have lots closet spaces and they are organized with lots shelves. Also I love the laudry room which is clean, big and neat with lots wash machine/dryers in the 1st floor. Garbage throwing system is convenient in the building. The heat is FREE~ |

It is a relatively large 1 bedroom. Everything would be there for you (e.g. linens,furniture, tv). The apartment is available from Sunday evening Feb. 27th to the morning of April 30 (a Saturday).
