| Hello, two of my roommates are transferring schools and I want to move into a smaller house with my fiance. So we are trying to sublease this house. It is in a great neighborhood on the south side. There is a two car garage, a huge loft upstairs, washer dryer, dishwasher, food disposal, refridgerator and a refridgerator in the garage, fenced in back yard. Master Bedroom has it own bathroom. The house is wonderful and we love it, but is too expensive for just . Great for a, or roommates, Landlord is awesome and is willing to work with you. The landlord is ok about pets but their is a pet deposit. If you have any question please contact me. |
