| I am moving and need to lease apartment beginning April 7, 2006. All utilities included. Quiet neighborhood and great neighbors. Near Columbia Mall, Howard Community College and routes 29 and 32.
You have private entrance. I bedroom apartment- furnished. Living room, dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom and large spacious bedroom with great closet space. Large linen closet or storage area. Additional storage space in crawl space under stairs. You do not have to share with anyone. Personal parking space.
Down the street from a high school and an elementary school. Food Lion and Giant are within 2 blocks. Gas station is 3 minutes away. The post office is 5 minutes away. Recycle on Monday and trash on Wednesday.
The place is quite cozy and I had cable installed so all you will need to do is call them and have them switch to your name. Very warm in winter as there is a thermostat in every room including the bathroom and the kitchen!
