| Offering a three bedroom apartment for sublet, on Summer St (between Craigie and Porter) in Somerville, just under ten minutes walk from Porter T, around ten minutes to Davis Square, and around twenty minutes walk to Harvard Sq. The big plus is the rent - $1400 in total (including water and garbage) - which means with three tenants the monthly rent each would be around $450-500. It is also eminently affordable as a two person apartment, which is how I have used it. There are three bedrooms: one large with an office, one medium, one small, plus a large kitchen, living room and dining room. I may be able to sell / give furniture depending on your requirements. On street parking is plentiful. |
