| The apartment is a very spacious one bedroom - perfect size for one person but big enough for two. It is in great condition with a spacious kitchen (lots of wood cabinets) and brand new carpeting. The building is rather small - only 16 apartments - and is a nice mix of families, easy going responsible persons, and reliable persons. Washer and dryers are in the building and there is a secured entry system. Within minutes to the T - you can walk to the B, C, and D green lines. Restaurants, stores, bars are close by. There is a great parking spot available right behind the building for $125/month. It definitely pays to have the spot!
