| Subletting a 1 bedroom apartment around 700 sq ft with a balcony, 1 free car parking spot in a small apartment complex in Quincy. The apartment has dishwasher, living room AC, electrical heating. The apartment will be available on this week(01/20/06) and you need to sign the lease till the end of August only.
The rent is 925$, you need to pay for electrical charges only. (Heating is electrical, so its included in electrical bills.). The advance is 925$ and 50$ key deposit and 25$ for application fees.
There is a bus stop to Quincy center nearby the building.
There is coin operated laundry inside the building. No pets allowed.

There are 2 bedrooms, the larger one has a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are located upstairs and downstairs you will find 1 full bath, the huge kitchen, living room, and dining room/den. There is parking 2 cars and you would share the huge backyard with the other tenant of the duplex. Laundry is in the basement. 10-15 min walk to the T (Greenline, Riverside D train).
