| This is a great apartment but I am moving closer to work. It is in a responsiblely managed building and they only rent to responsibles after a credit check/application. Unfortunately, no allowed. The apartment is bright, sunny, and on the second floor (see pic). There is laundry in the building, it is within walking distance to the shaws grocery store, landmark center, fenway park, MBTA (Fenway stop), harvard med school, longwood medical center, brigham and peoples etc. There is a 24-hour emergency line and maintenance. There is also off-street parking available for $140/month. The building and the apartment are meticulously maintained. |
