| This is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment available on Jan 1st (possible move-in date earlier). Currently, there are four living here, and we have lived here happily and comfortably for the past two years. We hate to leave the apartment, it is/was a hard-to-find gem. Do not let this one slip.
There are two HUGE rooms, with very very very large windows. If you like bright/sunny mornings this one is definitely for you. Also, the building is managed by Boston Realty Works, Inc. Which means there is a regular cleaning staff, elevator, on-line conceirge service, and any problem is handled within an hour. This is perfect for a who does not want to worry.
We will be moving out on December 17th and it would be ideal to have the unit rented to you by then. You will not find anything like this so close to Northeastern and other Fenway colleges, because of its luxury, renovated roofdeck offering a skyline view of Boston, and its managements reputation.
